A member of the Democratic Party, her district is located in the Greater Richmond Region. Jackie DeFusco joined 8News in January 2020 as our Capitol Connection reporter. Jackie previously worked as an investigative and general assignment reporter for WJHL, Nexstar’s sister station in Johnson City, Tennessee. She graduated from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.
