Today’s Inspire Indeed we are talking about Suicide and the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Shirley shares her personal story of suicide loss in her family. Ms. Ramsey is involved with an initiative to bring a local chapter here in Richmond of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She talks about the International Survivors of Suicide Loss on November 22, 2014 and an event she organized here in Richmond. She is the co-chair of the Out of the Darkness Walk in Richmond and helps facilitate the Survivors of Suicide Loss in Richmond.

The Survivors of Suicide loss group meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month from 6:30-8:00 pm at Pusey House at First Baptist Church.
